Items received either damaged or with a shortage of items, notification must be made to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

If goods are damaged, a photograph would be appreciated where possible.

Where an order is not received notification must be made within 14 days of placing order.

Where products are received damaged or faulty (proof of damage maybe required in the form of a photograph)  we will either replace such or issue a refund for the cost of such items as soon as notification has been received.  Please do not return items before authorisation from ourselves.

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50 sent to the UK Mainland with the exception of all offshore islands and postcode areas AB, IV, KW & PH.

Customers in these areas please contact us before ordering so that we may clarify any additional delivery charges.

Although all orders are usually delivered promptly Witzigs Games Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for costs or losses incurred by the customer as a result of a late delivery.
